Shipping Times
Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability. 

Free Shipping  and Transit Insurance
All our prices are inclusive of all shipping, handling and insurance costs. There is no more to pay. Free shipping offers are valid for deliveries to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We subsidise shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, currently fixing delivery at $15. These are offers are not valid on deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and International deliveries. Please note you may be charged for shipping on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.

No Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on sales outside Florida. Sales within Florida are shipped at a discounted price to allow for sales tax. The net effect is that customers in Florida pay exactly the same as all other customers with no more to pay.

Tracking Information
All orders shipped are trackable. Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by email  on the day after shipment.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped UPS or Fedex Ground, unless otherwise specified. Depending on destination, please allow 4-7 business days for shipping.

Damages/ In Transit Insurance
You are fully protected against the unlikely event of damage in transit. If you received a item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, Contact Us to request a replacement. Please keep the item(s) for 10 business days for possible inspection by carrier. After 10 business days simply dispose of the item(s). Note: You must report a damage claim within 10 business days of delivery, any damage claim after that point will not be replaced.

Please note that it takes 5 business days to process the exchange once you make your claim.

"No Questions Asked" Returns:
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions and must be able to be resold.  Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost. Please note you will pay return shipping costs except if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) , in which case we will refund your return shipping cost. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
